Character Animator

This might be the most fun creative work has felt in a long time. There’s something so deeply satisfying about getting lost in a new tool—this time, Adobe Character Animator. Who knows how long the program will stay relevant with so many new AI-driven tools popping up every week, but that’s beside the point. The principles of rigging, movement, and storytelling carry across platforms. I convince myself, that the process is what matters.

Learning, exploring, making—those never go out of style. :)) Okay Samurai’s tutorials have been a goldmine, proof that great teaching fuels creative momentum.

The best kind of learning feels like play, and when it clicks, it reminds you why the work is worth doing in the first place. Too much fun!

Blue Man

It’s in the act of making things and doing our work that we figure out who we are..

— Austin Kleon

It’s always a little uncomfortable to share in-progress work, but that’s the point too. The creative process isn’t tidy—it’s vulnerable, imperfect, alive. Everyone starts somewhere, and this is just a snapshot of the journey in motion, with my ugly little blue man in a tutu lol 😉 .

Until next time—keep making, keep creating, keep having fun!
